SciFlow uses a small number of sub-processors to support our services.

IONOS SE, Germany (EU)

Purpose: Provision of the infrastructure to operate the SciFlow Authoring Platform.
Contractual basis: Contract for data processing

Auth0, Inc, Authentication Management, USA.

Purpose: Access control to the SciFlow Authoring Platform, if no single sign-on (like Helmholtz ID) is used.
Contractual basis: Data processing order, Standard Contractual Clauses

Sendgrid, Inc., USA

Purpose: transactional sending of e-mails,
Contractual basis: Data processing contract, Standard Contractual Clauses

Intercom R&D Unlimited Company, Ireland (EU)

Purpose: fulfillment of customer management tasks
Basis of contract: data processing order
